We strive to reach excellence, and for that we select the best single origin beans around the world, freshly roasted here in Paris to keep intact its taste and delicate aromas. The coffee at Aux Arts Etc... is made in small batches so nothing goes to waste. That’s why we believe our coffee is better than anything else you can get around.

Our La Marzocco espresso machine, hand made in Florence helps extract the best out of our coffee. Depending on the origin/beans, you will detect intact notes of caramel, chocolate, red fruit, etc… Come and tell us how we’re doing.

Chakra do Dago (Perou) is a coffee grown in the Marin family plantation. Marin is a pioneer and a leading innovator in bio-dynamics in Peru and the Andes. Set In the central valley, at Villa Rica, this plantation located in the mountains over 1500 meters in altitude perfectly expresses its terroir. 

Chakra is a perfectly balanced coffee with notes of nuts, flowers and chocolate. It turns out to be particularly mild and complex in espresso, and quite simple if in soft extraction.
